He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Franklin Land and Edna "Margaret" Huckabee Land. He is survived by: his son Tim Jacob "Jake" Land (Ginger); his granddaughter Tobi McBryar; his stepchildren, Scott McNair (Denise) and Tammy Hartline; and his sisters, Brenda Lee and Doris Trew (Richard).
