He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez McDade Roark and Samuel L. J. Roark Sr.; his wife Sheila James Roark; and his brother Clyde Stanley Roark. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Roark (April) and Curtis Roark (Angela); his grandchildren, Taylor Huffaker, Skyler Riggle (Brandon), Alec, Colbie, Braden and Riley Roark; his great grandchildren, Aubrie, Kelcie Huffaker, Makenna, Colton and Lynlee Riggle; and his sisters, Ann Beth Parton and Eva Gail Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
