He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Standifer and Emma Bass Standifer; and his sister Phyllis Graham. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Standifer; his children, Gina Standifer (Eddie), Sean Standifer, Amber Gibson (Jon), Megan Rubin (Jordan), Steven Swindell (Sheila) and Stephanie Swindell; his stepson John Maxwell; and his siblings, David Standifer (Peggy) and June Petty. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
