He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Thomas and Lucille Thomas (Robertson). He is survived by: his wife Agnes M. Thomas (Anderson); and his children, Linda Wright, Faye Blevins (John) and Robert Thomas. He is also survived by 2 brothers, 3 sisters; 9 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made to Apison SDA Church School.
