He was predeceased by: his parents, William McNely and Belva McNely; his wife Margaret McNely; his brothers, Rollie and Robert McNely; and his son Richard McNely.
He is survived by: his son Randall McNely (Pamela). He is also survived by three grandchildren & seven great-grandchildren.
