She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kelsey and Mildred Kelsey. She is survived by: her husband James Todd; her children, Mark Wade (Tara), Stacey Wade (Laura), Leslie Turner (Sean), Emily Laymon (Michael) and Ashley Yates (Joey); and her sister Faye Byrum (Pat). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Plowman Cemetery.
