He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Neal and Margaret Sisk Neal. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Neal; his children, Carol Barber (Rodney) and David Ronald Neal; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Nathan, Austin and Abigail; and his siblings, Sam Neal, Jeff Neal (Cheryl), Mark Neal and Sharon Allison (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, David's request was to have contributions made to the Chattanooga Humane Society, 212 North Highland Park Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
