He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Ratliff and Shirley Shaffer; and his stepfather Oscar Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ratliff; his son Ethan Hollingshead; his siblings, Becky Goodin (Mark), Doris Steman, Richard Ratliff of New Lexington, OH, Jimmy Ratliff of New Lexington, OH, Kevin Ratliff (Phyllis) of New Lexington, OH, Harry Ratliff (Hick) of Port Charlotte, FL and Paul Ratliff (Diana) of Lancaster, OH; and his sister-in-law Marie Burkett (Tony) of Rocky Face, GA. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
