He is survived by: his daughter Dikita Buchanan; his siblings, James, Eugene Raines Jr., Evelyn Raines and Ella Jean Dockery; his wife Mary Raines; his children, William Raines, Jr. (Sabrina), Monicka Cunningham (James) and Charmaine Eason (Edward); and his siblings, Shirley Ann Woodard, Ernestine Palmer, Deborah Gammage, Anita Hanserd, Sherman Raines (Yolanda) of Nashville, Tennessee and Bobby Raines (Diane) of Nashville, Tennessee. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and devoted step-children and step-grandchildren.
