He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Husak and Carolyn Gallops Husak; and his brother Ronnie Husak. He is survived by: his aunt Myra Yeatman of Knoxville, TN; his siblings, Cindy Speer of Smyrna, TN, Ricky Husak of Antioch, Melodnee Huitson (Iain) of England and David Husak (Linda) of Smyrna; his nephews, Christopher Husak and Luke Husak; and his niece Samantha.
