It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip W. Culbertson of Antioch, Tennessee, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Culbertson and Ruth Culbertson; his brother Bruce Culbertson; and his nephew Daniel Chase. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan (Jessica), Charlene and Sam; his pet Maggie; his siblings, Jerry Culbertson and Sherry Culbertson; his nieces, Brandy Saad (Phil) and Tina Eldridge (Chuck); his great-nephews, John Philip, Christian and Hunter; his great-niece Shaelyn; and also, Tenley and Sawyer.
