He is survived by: his mother Carrie Banner of Antioch; his sisters, Tabatha Pamperin of Murfreesboro and Angie Nelson of Smyrna; his aunts, Barbara Campbell (Dallas) of Clearwater, FL and Sally Michaels (Jim) of Hammond, IN; his nieces, Brittney Birdsong (Josh) of Greenbrier, TN and Ashley Nelson of Leland, NC; and his nephew Lukus Chapman of Smyrna.
