He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Bess and Dorothy Mae Binkley Bess. He is survived by: his sons, Ricky, Bob and Todd Bess; his grandchild Dale Bess; and his siblings, Roger, Kevin Bess and Betty Sue Cuff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
