He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Proctor and Ethel Proctor; his wife Darlene Proctor; and his son Bill Proctor. He is survived by: his children, Norma Jones (Damon) of Burns, TN and Wayne Proctor of Antioch, TN.; his grandchildren, Spencer Truett and Anna Truett; and his brothers, Milburn and Milton Proctor.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A masonic service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (200 E Ray St, Dickson, TN 37055).
