With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laquita James of Antioch, Tennessee, born in Decaturville, Tennessee, who passed away on June 17, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Charles James and Sherry Kay James of Decaturville, Tennessee.; her siblings, Elizabeth James and Tyrone James (Louise); her aunts and uncles, Ida Mae James, Cora Jane James, Johnny Mack and Donald James; her godchildren, Orlandis Maise and Cameron Hutton; and her pet Gracie Lou Freebush. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; her best friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society or to your favorite charity in LaQuita's name.
