He is survived by: his parents, Penny Treece and John Treece; his wife Leigh-Ann; his brother Caleb; his great-aunt Daisy Hartin (Jim); his parents-in-law, Jeff, Sarah Forsythe and Jeffrey Forsythe (Hannah); and also, Pattie Mikell (David), Janine Mikell, Melanie Yoder (David), Jake Pou (Diane) and Charles Pou (Becky).
