He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Bottom; his son Ronald Kelly; and his grandson John Garrett Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Harrell (Charles) and William F. Kelly (Mary); his daughter-in-law Cynthia Kelly; and his grandchildren, Joelynn Kelly (Joyce), Juan Dionela (Sharon), Jeanette Lora, Kathleen Vincent (Eric), Laura Smith (Robert), Lynn Stankus and James Kelly (Heather). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
