It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Crockett Hailey of Antioch, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hailey and Metti Mai Hailey; his wife Peggy Jane Hailey (Turner); his daughter Margaret Hailey Meek; and his siblings, George Hailey, Edward Hailey and Edna West.
He is survived by: his son John C. Hailey, Jr. (Deborah) of Fairhope, Alabama; his son-in-law Ronnie Meek of Arrington, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Isaac Meek (Stephanie), Arwen Jones (Jeremy), Valerie Jane Parker, Lauren Mosley (Jeff), John C. Hailey, III (Mary Emma) and Carolyn Lohman (Jordan). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family.
