She was predeceased by: her father Carl J. Berch; and her husband W. C. Jacobs. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Chapman (Sandy), Annette Griffin (Robert) and Tracey DeBoer (Doug); and her sister Carol Blendowski. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
