She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Stone and Mary Ellen Loper (King); her husband Charles Welshans; her daughter Sandy Welshans; her grandson Nicholas Brindley; her great grandchild Landen Cost; and her siblings, Wayne Stone and Phyllis Ross.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Hackenburg (Bob), Mary Smith (Jim) and Lee Ann Welshans; and her sister Lois Litva.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (154 2nd St, Dillonvale, OH 43917). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Short Creek Cemetery. A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the same location.
