He was predeceased by: his son Taylor L. Houston. He is survived by: his wife Diann Houston; his daughter Haley Blair Houston; and his siblings, Sandy Carrasco of Madrid, Spain, Sherri Walker of Austin, Texas and Col. Greg Houston of Florida.
