Dorotea is survived by: husband Jaciel Serrano; and children, Estela, Minerva, Olivia, Arori, Deyvi, Augustin, Gerardo, Rogelio, Daniel, Silvino and Carlos Serrano.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel (5852 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Una Esperanza Viva (5900 Obrien Ave, Nashville, TN 37209).
