She is survived by: her children, Tim Cook (Carolyn) of Smyrna and Sherry Gipson (Robert Long) of Antioch; her siblings, Royce Grant (Jamie) of Lawrenceburg and Kathy Perry of Lawrenceburg; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Stacey, Curtis, Michael, Morgan and Matthew. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
