He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Bridget Jackson (Randy) and Kim Craighead (Scott); his granddaughter Lacey Reynolds (Carl); his great grandchild Lucas Reynolds; his sister Shirley Culbertson; and his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Williams, Donnie Williams, Larry Tucker, Jerry Tucker, Anna Sparks, Connie Vetter and Georgie Smiley.
