He is survived by: his wife Emily Blomquist (Stubljar) of Antioch, TN; his mother Beverly Blomquist (Gilbertson) of Hermitage, TN; his sister Julie (Blomquist); his brother-in-law Kenny Davis; his nephews, Michael and Dominic Davis; his niece Jordan Davis of Hermitage, TN; his in-laws, Michael and Rebecca Stubljar of Gulf Shores, AL; his sister-in-law Mary Kate (Rhett Brown); and his nieces, Maitlyn and Mallory Brown of Foley, AL.
