It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Russell Oaks of Andersonville, Tennessee, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Oaks and Robinette Catherine Kesley Oaks. He is survived by: his wife Teri; his son Will; his brothers, Randy (Jo Dell), Michael and David (Allison); his niece Rebekah; and his nephew Jeffrey.
