He was predeceased by: his daughter Cindy Revis; his parents, Bud Revis and Billie Revis; his son-in-law Dr. Raul Tramontana; his siblings, Robert Revis (Teresa), Gerald Revis, Linda Landini (Bruce) and Jackie Colon (Manny); and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Mannon (late Ray) and Barbara Hall (late Harmon).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Revis (Moses); his children, Pamela Tramontana, Michele Sullivan (Keith) and William Revis (Erica Goodwin); his grandchildren, Ryan Coster (Ashley Schmidt), Katie Coster (Rob Dakes), Ashlee Sullivan and Tyler Sullivan (Ben DeLeon); his great grandchild Lliam Coster; his sisters, Dorothy Mason (late Glen), Jean Ratkovich, Nancy Eierman (late Robert) and Leeann Revis; and his brother-in-law Arnold Moses (Norma).
