He is survived by: his wife Jodie Hicks; his parents, Wallace Hicks and Sherline Hicks; his children, Alli Ford (Matt), Morgan Herriman (Matt), Katie Archibald (Cody) and Lucas Hudson (Sydney); his grandchildren, Matthias, Valor, Ezra, Shepard Ford, Judah, Issac, Norah Herriman, Devin, Kaitlyn, Parker, Roman, Ella, Liberty Archibald and London Hudson; his sisters, Terri Cooper, Michelle McKay and Cindy Isbell; and his parents-in-law, Vern and Pat Nelson.
