He is survived by: his children, Sue Lindsay (Mickey) and Doug Rose (Julie Gibson); his stepchildren, Travis Stallhood and Tracy Massengill; his sister Wanda Ridge (Charles); and his former wife Loretta Crowe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
