He was predeceased by: his parents, James Milligan and Dorothy Milligan; his sisters, Shirley Clark and Rachel; his brother-in-law Edwin Spradlen; and his brothers, Tom Milligan and Jim Milligan.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, Ron, Jr. (Cindy) of Knoxville, TN and Andy (Rebecca) of Clarksville, TN; his siblings-in-law, John Clark, Janet Milligan and Jamie Milligan; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Moyers (Garrett), Macey Milligan, Patrick Milligan and Connor Milligan; his great grandchildren, Rhett and Ridge Moyers; his brother Ted (Brenda); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Tassey (late Vernon) and Carolyn McMurry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
