He was predeceased by: his father Harold "Monk" Quarles. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Quarles; his daughters, Carrie Vogt (Tim) and Amber Adams (Donnie); his grandchildren, David, Jon, Sara Kate and Emily Vogt; his mother Dorothy Quarles; and his siblings, Brenda Craig (Wayne), Mark Quarles (Karen), Gary Quarles (Ellen) and Larry Quarles (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Jefferson County 4-H Patriot Shooters, 1111 Lake Drive, Dandridge, TN 37725.
