She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Costanzo and Adeline Costanzo (Chicatini); her husband William Clay Keller; and her siblings, Anthony, John, Victor, Lewis, Joseph Costanzo, Katherine Palermo, Ann Costanzo, Mary Costanzo, Rose Balitski and Lena Yantos.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lana Costanzo of Mesa, AZ and Theresa Krizmanich of Kittanning, PA. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
