He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Lowery and Roy Lowery; his brother Jim Lowery; and his grandson Wally Jr. Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Norma "Jane" Lowery; his sons, Wallace Lowery, Timothy Lowery (Diana) and David Lowery (Deanna); and his grandchildren, Matthew Lowery (Tabbatha), Justin Lowery (Carolyn), Katie Tallant (Austin), Amanda Webb (David), Ashley Matthews (Joshua) and DeLaney Lowery. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
