With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary Ann Longmire of Andersonville, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mary Ann left this world on February 18, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Hutson and Mary Wallace Hutson; her husband Hobert Longmire; her brothers, Billy (Doris Hutson) and Kenneth (Mary Dean Hutson); her parents-in-law, Charles and Rose Longmire; her siblings-in-law, Mayo Longmire, Hubert Longmire, David Longmire, Elizabeth Lambdin, Mary Osier, Ruth Longmire, Nancy Sword, Bobby Collier and Rebecca Williams; and her son-in-law Robert Archer.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Archer and Mark; her daughter-in-law Betsy Longmire; her granddaughters, MaryKate Longmire and Mollie Fox (Andy Fox); her sister-in-law Mary Helen Longmire; and her cousin JoAnn Porter. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Andersonville United Methodist Church (3944 Andersonville Hwy, Andersonville, TN 37705). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Andersonville Cemetery.
