She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rev. T. M., Lela Bain Carpenter and Clifton; and her brother Jimmy Carpenter. She is survived by: her husband Gordon Chris Cox; her sons, Glenn (Ashley Cox) and John (Leah Cox); her grandchildren, Peyton Cox, Avery Cox of Andersonville and Weston Cox of Knoxville; her sister-in-law Jackie Carpenter; and her brothers, Joey Carpenter of Knoxville and Jon Carpenter of Knoxville.
