He is survived by: his wife Betty Karns of Andersonville, TN; his daughter Kimberly Shock (Jerry) of Clinton, TN; his grandchildren, Jason Shock (Shellie) of Jacksboro, TN and Nichole Snyder (Chris) of Springboro, OH; his great grandchildren, Andrew Snyder, Savannah Snyder, Megan Shock and Kaylee Shock; and his brother Willard Karns (Esther) of Wilmington, OH..
