He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma Riggs; his parents, John Riggs and Gertie Riggs; and his brothers, Henry and Cliff.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Cindy Dangerfield (Destry); his grandchildren, Craig Hanna, Serena Satterfield, Scarlet Von Strange, Jeremy Riggs and Emily Riggs; his nieces and nephews, Caregiver The and Brooke Miracle The; and also Tina Johnson (Earl).
