It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Smith (Andersonville, Tennessee), who passed away on September 3, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Minnie Mossie Landrum Reed; her husband Guy Smith, Sr.; and her sons, Tom and Jimmy Rucker.

She is survived by: her son Jack Rucker; her brother Jack Reed; her granddaughter Lori Verstnagate; and her nieces and nephews, Dink, Johnny, Guy, Jr., Lou, Janet and Betty. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
