He is survived by: his children, James Lewis (Tanyan) of Bentonville, Jeffrey Lewis (Tina) of Iowa Park, TX and Melissa Eaton (Lee) of Wichita Falls, TX.; his grandchildren, Jacob Lewis, Garrett Jones, Victoria Wheat, Tabitha Lewis, Camie Lewis, Courtney Sanches, Dakota Rolfe, Daniel Rolfe and James Rolfe; his siblings, Lanny Lewis (Debbie) of Clinton, TN, Ann Crow (Rod) of Pampa, Jan Edmonson (Dennis) of Pampa and Jean Terry (Ronnie) of Pampa; his aunt Mildred Lewis of Borger; his cousins, Van Lewis of Borger and Linda Lou Lewis of Borger; and his close friends, Paul, Peggy Walden of Clinton, TN and Paula Walden of Clinton, TN.. He is also survived by 12 Great-grand children.
