She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Merritt and Edith Merritt; her sister Rita Kay Rhea (Aunt Cindy); and her grandmother Lillian Ballinger. She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Goins Norton (Randy) and Anita Goins O'Reilly (Kevin) of Knoxville, TN; her brothers, Tony Merritt (Pat) and Jerry Merritt (Kathy) of McMinnville, TN; and her grandchildren, Jesse Norton, Lilly Norton, Braedan O'Reilly, Ian O'Reilly and Shane O'Reilly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family would like to encourage everyone to consider giving the gift of life through the act of organ donation.
