He was predeceased by: his parents, Zibe K. Herrin and Dallas Orene Dickerson Herrin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Manus Herrin; his son Robert Byron Herrin; his siblings, Peggy Herrin and Emuel Herrin; the mother of his children Mary Swymer Herrin of Virginia; his children, Patricia Harris (Wayne), Genia Gilbreath (Anthony) and Gregory James Herrin of Apopka, FL; and his brothers, Jack Herrin of Macintosh County, GA and Ronald Herrin of Waverly, GA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
