We bid farewell to George Robert Fincher Jr. of Altamont, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 1, 2025 at the age of 54. George Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though George Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those George Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Ruth Yates Fults; his sister Glenda Watson; and his stepfather Larry Fults. He is survived by: his father George R. Fincher Sr. (Frances); his son Zachary King; his siblings, Gina Moss (Jerry), Sonia Talley (Darryl), Alan Fults (Dena) and Robbie Fults; and his grandson Zachary Tyler King, Jr.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Airview Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
