He is survived by: his wife Edith Blondell Northcutt Lockhart; his children, Craig Lockhart, Derwin Lockhart (Lena) and Evette Sanders (Kenny); his sisters, Stella Turner (Scenon) and Veola Hiett; and his grandchildren, Andy, Ashley, Tyler, Brittany, Kayleah, Autumn, Miranda, Blake and Zachary. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
