He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scott and Martha Killian Scott. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Higgins Scott; his daughter Chery Bishop (Walter); his brothers, Randy Scott (Virgina) of Tracy and Price Scott; and his grandchildren, Kelcie Fearing, Mills Bishop and Lyndsey Bouchard. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Altamont Church of Christ or the Potters Childrens Home.
