He is survived by: his children, Ronald C. Hall, Jr. (Amy) of Cookeville, Tennessee and Rhonda J. Smith (David) of Allons, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Terra Walker (Scotty), Rodney Smith (Jessica), Hannah Adams (David), Joshua Hall and Zackery Hall; his great grandchildren, Brodey Walker, Cambryn Walker, Brock Walker, Audrey Smith, Maci Smith, Colton Dulworth, Ella Dulworth, Daniel Adams, D. J. Adams and Elizabeth Adams; and his siblings, Earl Hall, Billy Hall, Vonda Reid, Reba Phipps and Rita Church.
