He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Sam and Myrtie Belle Wells (Shepard); and his siblings, Dorothy Robbins and James Wells. He is survived by: his wife Betty Wells of Livingston, TN; his daughter Teresa Johnson (Rick) of Rickman, TN; his grandchildren, Cole Johnson (Kenzie) of Livingston, TN, Clay Johnson (Emmy) of Celina, TN and Callie Johnson (Gavin Geralds) of Louisville, KY; his great grandchild Rhett Allen Johnson (Livingston); and his brother Rabon Wells (Barbara Gail) of Livingston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Allons Church of Christ (3154 Celina Hwy, Allons, TN 38541). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
