It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Vechel Stamps of Allons, Tennessee, born in Hilham, Tennessee, who passed away on May 4, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlie Bilyeu and Christine Bilyeu (Cates). She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Dixon (Bruce), Rita Daniels (Adam) and Rachel Stamps (Jacob Carmack); her daughter-in-law Jean Stamps; her siblings, Donna Garrison and Kenneth Bilyeu; her pet Rolo; her husband Luther Stamps; her children, Randall Stamps, Ricky Stamps, Kimmie Bilbrey, Betty Faye Massingille and Vechel Stamps; her grandson Jonahthan Dixon; and her sister Brenda Savage. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, a host of Great-Great Grandchildren; A host of other family and friends.
