He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie D. Duty, Sr. and Barbara A. Duty (Dever). He is survived by: his wife Julie Duty (Hill); his daughters, Amanda Duty and Rachel Duty; and his sister Tammie Payne (Harry).
