It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Lewis of Allardt, Tennessee, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis and Elionorea Mae Lewis (Robb). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Lewis (Dill); his children, Bill Lewis, Michael Lewis, Mary Evans (Jackie), Kim Grubbs (Joshua), John Chandler (Sandra) and Kelli Lockhart; and his brother Bill Lewis (Randi). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren.
