He is survived by: his wife Katelyn Paige Slaven (Butler); his son Will Duncan; his parents, Greg Slaven and Kim Slaven; his siblings, Matthew Slaven (Abby Brian Slaven) and Kaitlyn Crabtree; his nephews, Liam and Logan Slaven; his grandparents, Kay and Dave Cagle Barbara Slaven; and his parents-in-law, Andy and Angela Butler A. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins & other family & friends.
